Patricia entered the enchanting universe of cocktails in 2014 at La Distillerie, one of Montreal's pioneering cocktail bars before the great revival of the cocktail movement in Quebec.

Not a day goes by without her discovering the subtleties of the profession, as well as the marriage of flavors and spirits; while tuning the multiple strings of her bow thanks to his previous experiences and studies; notably music, theater, painting, gastronomy, sales and graphic design.

Over the past ten years, she has participated in numerous cocktail competitions, organized corporate events within her own company and in collaboration with agencies, coordinated a training program for staff at La Distillerie and other establishments, participated in festivals of all kinds, developing menus for various establishments, meeting talented and inspiring people along the way.

For three years, she has had the great pleasure of being part of the Invasion Cocktail festival team and Demandre Communications, where she explores web marketing, coordinates projects, creates magic potions, content and managing  their social networks, collaborating with both local and international distilleries.

Today, her daily life is about making meaningful connections, capturing stories and moments through her photographs, and sharing her stories and memories through her creations.
